The domain, the website and its content are in the full possession of the company “LAURENCE BARZOIRE SRL-D” with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Maica Teofana Str., CUI-37823073. All materials used on the site (photos, illustrations, names, copyrights, animations, text, graphics, logos, video, software structure, web design etc.) are protected and owned by Barzoire. The access to the site or use of its content in any other way, form and purpose (publication, disclosure, reproduction, modification, deletion, sale, display, public exposure, addition) than the user’s personal, private and non-commercial use is forbidden.

The services presented on our site are not intended for people under the age of 14. If we find in the information displayed at the time of logging that the user does not meet the required age, measures will be taken to block access to the site.

We inform you that Barzoire can not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, product images, colors, prices, promotions, availability, ingredients or other information or content on the site, but we do our best to be as close as possible of reality. It is also important to know that some of the objects used for accessorizing the products it may not fit into the price of the product displayed on the site or be intended for sale.

• Payment method

Product prices are shown on the site in Euro and can be converted for each region. To this is added delivery taxes plus other fees in the order form. Product prices will be presented on the site. Prices may change from time to time, but the changes will not affect any confirmed order.

The payment of the prices presented in the order and the delivery prices will be made by the customer by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. In Romania the payment can be made only in lei.

• Transport and delivery

The purchased products will be delivered to you by a courier company on business days. Usually the delivery time of the products is between 3 and 10 working days from the moment of order shipment.

However, you must be aware that the delivery time may vary depending on the product’s complexity and the region from which the order is placed. If is necessary the delivery charges will be charged by the customer and will be added to the price of the product or will be indicated on the order form and on the bill. In case of unforeseen events or any other unexpected problems, the purchased products will be delivered within 30 working days of the indicated date.

We would like to inform you that all BARZOIRE products are made in the creative workshop and are made for each client. The creation of a product can take from 2-3 days to 2 weeks, depending on its complexity (for the accessible products section of the new collection).

If the deadline is not respected, the customer has the right to reject the order and Barzoire will refund to him immediately all amounts paid. For any detail about tracking your order please access the information in the “Contact” section where we can help you with information about the location of the order and the estimated time it will arrive.

• Returns

We are very preoccupied about our services to be fully satisfying for you and that’s why we are available to accept the return of products that do not meet your needs. If you would like to return a product, we inform you that you are required to notify us about your intention within 14 days of delivery. You can return the products purchased online at the Barzoire showroom located in Bucharest Sector 2 Str. Silvestru Nr.6. You must understand that these must must meet certain storage and care conditions to be accompanied by the invoice and packed properly in the original package and intact labels.

Handmade products, hand-painted, oversized (standard sizes) or those made on special dimensions cannot be returned! The merchandise that have been sorted, washed, used, modified, or damaged will not be accepted. Barzoire has the right to refuse the return of any product that does not respect these requirements. Fees for the delivery or transport of returned items are not covered by us.

Barzoire does not accept product exchanges.
